Preparations
When I arrive, please continue getting ready and having fun—there's no need to do anything special for me. To help me capture all the details, please have items like shoes, flowers, jewellery, and invitations out of their boxes and packages. It would be great if your dress is uncovered and hanging up. My goal is to capture your morning naturally, without any interruptions or posed shots.
Ceremony
I'll head to the ceremony area about 30 minutes before it begins to chat with the celebrant, take some detail and setting shots, and photograph guests as they arrive.
most importantly I will take a few quick portraits of the boys ahead of the ceremony.
When it comes to the ceremony, the most important thing is to relax and forget that I'm even there. There's no need for you, your family, or the bridal party to look at me. I'll be capturing every moment as quietly and discreetly as possible.
The greeting line
Once you've walked up the aisle, I'll position you in the best light at the top so you can greet your guests. I'll be there to capture all of the lovely kisses and hugs.
Family Portraits
I usually schedule family portraits right after the ceremony or greeting line. This way, your family members can relax and enjoy the rest of the day without further interruptions. Please ask everyone needed for these photos to stay nearby until we're finished.
Couple Portraits
Drinks reception
During the drinks reception, I'll be moving around, taking candid shots of your friends and family enjoying themselves. If you'd like any specific group shots with friends or cousins, just let me know, and we'll capture some relaxed, candid moments.
Speeches
I will capture the speeches as they unfold
Dinner
I'll photograph guests as they move into the dining area and get settled. You'll likely have some quiet time at this point. Once orders have been taken, you'll be called for your entrance, and I'll be waiting inside to capture that moment. I'll take one shot of the two of you at your table, and then leave you to enjoy your meal in peace.
I'll take a break while you're eating and resume shooting after you and your guests have finished. I'll cover the cake cutting, the first dance, and the first three or four songs before I hit the road.
