I absolutely loved shoot this beautiful small wedding ceremony held recently at the Dublin Registry Office. Isabel and Sean were married on an autumn day with a small guest list comprised of their closest family.
The Dublin Registry Office hosts hundreds of weddings annually and may not be the most photogenic location but their ceremony was truly bursting with love and romance. Small weddings, in particular, seem to condense the emotion, making the day incredibly vibrant and fun. It doesn't matter how many guests are there, what the venue looks like or even what you are wearing there is a certain magic to tiny weddings or elopements.
There are so many great places to simply walk to to take lovely portraits. We were able to capture excellent portraits using locations near the Registry Office, including the Grand Canal, Merrion Park, and some of the side streets.
I only spent 1.5 hours with Isabel and Sean and managed to capture all of the formalities, candid shots and have a lovely photoshoot too.
I have a price list specifically for Civil Registry office wedding that take place during the week. Dro me a lone if you are interested.
